Ayurveda, "The Complete Knowledge For Long Life"; or ayurvedic medicine is a system
of traditional medicine native to India and a form of alternative medicine . In Sanskrit, words ayus, meaning "longevity", and veda, meaning "related to knowledge" or "science". Evolving throughout its history, of medicine in South Asia the earliest literature on Indian medical practice appeared during the Vedic period in India. The Susruta Samhita and the Charaka Samhita were influential works on traditional medicine during this era. Over the following centuries, ayurvedic practitioners developed a number of medicinal preparations and surgical procedures for the treatment of various ailments .


Rejuvenation Therapy (Rasayana Chikilsa),  A comprehensive massage therapy
designed to attain longevity, to slow down the ageing process and to fight degenerative conditions. With ageing the cells and tissues of the human body undergoes changes; affecting the functioning of the entire body system. This program aims to rejuvenate the body through massage with medicated oil and cream. A complete body massage is done with hand and foot by two masseurs. The medicated oil and cream used in the treatment rejuvenates the cells and tissues whilst building up the immunity power. Internal revitalizing medicines and medicated steam baths are also used in the therapy. The therapy can extent from 90 minutes to 2 hours per day lasting for 7 to 14 days.
